Job summary

LILT is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager of Applied AI to drive frontier AI initiatives from research to scalable delivery. You will own end-to-end programs, architect data pipelines, and ensure high-quality multi-modal datasets across languages and domains.

Based in a hybrid setup with strong collaboration across labs and production, you will shape benchmarks, partner with researchers, and guide complex data operations to empower next-generation LLMs and multimodal models.

Qualifications

• Education: BS/MS in CS/AI or related field with 10+ years industry experience, or PhD with 5+ years in high-growth AI/engineering.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: experience founding or scaling a venture or startup.
• Strategic execution: ability to manage high-stakes stakeholder relationships with frontier AI labs.
• Frontier AI expertise: data pipelines for LLMs or multimodal models; training/inference nuances; data diversity.
• Scale & quality: experience with high-throughput programs and automated validation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Act as CEO of your customer's business by proposing and co-developing benchmark transcreations with research lab partners.
• Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority technical programs for frontier AI labs and manage large-scale data pipelines.
• Architect and oversee pipelines for multi-modal data (text, image, video, audio) with strict delivery cadences.
• Implement automated, human-in-the-loop QC frameworks ensuring data integrity across domains and languages.
• Bridge engineering, research, and production teams to meet frontier AI market needs.
