Job summary

LILT is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager of Applied AI. In this role you will operate where cutting-edge research meets large-scale production, driving benchmark transformations and data workflows for diverse modalities.

You will lead partnerships with research labs and oversee end-to-end program delivery. You will architect scalable data pipelines for LLMs and multimodal models, and champion automated and human-in-the-loop QC to ensure data quality and diversity across languages.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in computer science/AI industry
• Experience founding or scaling a venture or operating in an early-stage startup
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management with frontier AI labs
• Proven track record of managing data pipelines for LLMs or multimodal models
• Experience with automated validation at scale

Responsibilities

• Entrepreneurial Benchmark Leadership: act as CEO of your customer’s business by co-developing benchmark transcreations with research labs
• Frontier Lab Program Management: lead end-to-end execution of high-priority programs delivering massive datasets and milestones
• High-Volume Data Operations: architect pipelines for data samples across multiple modalities (text, image, video, audio)
• End-to-End Quality Control: implement rigorous QC frameworks for data integrity across domains/languages
• Cross-Functional Leadership: bridge engineering, research and production teams to serve frontier AI needs
