Job summary

LILT is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager of Applied AI to bridge cutting-edge research and large-scale execution. You will act as the CEO of the customer’s business, driving benchmark transformations and data deliverables, and architecting workflows for next-generation LLMs and multimodal models with research lab partners.

Qualifications

• Education: BS/MS in CS/AI or related field; PhD with 5+ years in AI/Engineering environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: founded or scaled a venture or worked in early-stage startup to drive growth.
• Strategic execution: strong business acumen and ability to manage high-stakes stakeholder relationships with frontier AI labs.
• Frontier AI: experience with frontier AI labs or advanced research collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Entrepreneurial Benchmark Leadership: propose and co-develop benchmark transcreations with research lab partners.
• Frontier Lab Program Management: lead end-to-end execution of high-priority technical programs for frontier AI labs.
• High-Volume Data Operations: architect pipelines for multi-modal data delivery at scale.
• End-to-End Quality Control: implement automated and human-in-the-loop QC frameworks to ensure data integrity.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: bridge engineering, research, and production teams to meet frontier AI market needs.
