JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Applied AI/ML Senior Associate within the AI for Operations group to design, build, and scale NLP solutions that enhance experiences for customers and internal teams.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, operations and risk to translate real operational needs into production-grade language capabilities such as search, summarization, classification, and next-best-action recommendations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate and master’s degrees in Computer Science with training and work experience in LLM/NLP and search.
• Outstanding written and oral communication to present findings and influence stakeholders.
• 2+ years of programming experience in more than one language (e.g. Spark, Python, Scala, Java).

Responsabilités

• Apply deep NLP knowledge to solve complex business problems and perform advanced analytics.
• Contribute to the full product development lifecycle and define objectives and deliverables.
• Act as an advanced contributor in systems, algorithms, NLP, and ML.
• Bring new knowledge and perspectives to continuously improve models and workflows.
