Job summary

You will lead end-to-end model lifecycle, partner with product, engineering, operations, and risk, translating real needs into production-grade language capabilities such as intelligent search, summarization, classification, and next-best-action recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CS with NLP/LLM and search experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication to present findings to stakeholders.
• Proficient in more than one programming language (e.g., Spark, Python, Scala, Java).

Responsibilities

• Apply NLP knowledge and analytics to solve complex business problems.
• Contribute to full product lifecycle, defining objectives and deliverables.
• Lead in system development, NLP, and ML efforts and iterate on solutions.
