Qualificações

• PhD in a quantitative discipline or MS with 2+ years in the field.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and ML/DL methods and toolkits (TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, Pandas).
• Ability to design experiments and evaluate intrinsic and extrinsic metrics for model performance based on business goals.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and spoken communication to convey technical results to technical and business audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Research and develop state-of-the-art ML models for GenAI tasks.
• Partner with business leaders to identify impactful ML methods.
• Collaborate across Business, Technology, Product, Legal, and Compliance to deploy production solutions.
• Lead large-scale ML frameworks to accelerate model deployment across the business.
