Testing Site - JPMC, part of Chase's Consumer & Community Banking, seeks an Applied AI/ML Vice President to design, build, and scale NLP solutions improving experiences for customers and internal agents across day-to-day operations.

You will work hands-on across the end-to-end model lifecycle with product, engineering, operations, and risk stakeholders to translate real operational needs into production-grade language capabilities such as intelligent search, summarization, classification, and

Competenze

• Degree: 3+ years CS or 2+ years MS with LLM/NLP and search experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.
• Strong programming skills across multiple languages (Spark, Python, Scala, Java).

• Apply deep natural language processing (NLP) knowledge & experience and critical thinking skills and perform advanced analytics with the goal of solving complex and multi-faceted business problems.
• Contribute to the full product development lifecycle, including defining the objective and key product deliverables.
