Job summary

ZoomInfo is looking for a Senior Applied AI Engineer to build and own machinery for AI-native data management, focusing on entity-agent pipelines and production-scale adapters. You will work with AI engineers, PMs, and data teams to ensure scalable, observable systems that operate without a single point of failure.

You will contribute to benchmarking, tool development, and deployment on the ZoomInfo Agentic Platform, driving cost-aware, end-to-end production readiness across core data products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience including shipping LLM-based systems to production.
• Strong Python and TypeScript, experience with API layer, batch runners and UI for internal users.
• Experience building platform components like adapters, runners, queues and observability tooling.
• Working knowledge of data pipelines and entity resolution and related costs.
• Track record of taking a prototype to production without losing validation through benchmarks.
• Instrumentation by default including cost and latency metrics.
• Bias for action and ability to unblock a runner in a fast-moving setting.

Responsibilities

• Run the benchmark and golden-gate system, manage judge runs and cost per record.
• Complete the entity-agent pipeline, migrate classifiers, and production-scale runners.
• Build the evidence adapters with replayable store and per-vendor kill switch.
• Deploy onto the ZoomInfo Agentic Platform and build ingest adapters with rollback paths.
• Make the loop self-service with review queues and batch runners for researchers.
