Acceler is seeking a seasoned engineer to design and build AI-native systems powered by LLMs, agents, and intelligent workflows—owning problems end to end, from ambiguous business needs to production.

You will start by building platforms and agents behind our programs, working with real users and stakes, and later collaborate with client teams to deploy and scale solutions in their environments. This role demands rapid prototyping and strong judgment on production readiness.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years building production-grade software
• 2+ years with LLM-powered or agentic systems
• Shipped agentic AI systems to real users
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks
• Designed and tuned RAG architectures in production
• Strong backend & API design
• Familiarity with deployment in production environments

Aufgaben

• Own AI agents and autonomous workflows from concept to production
• Build RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems
• Make build-versus-buy decisions for orchestration stack
• Set evaluation, observability, and guardrail standards
• Prototype and launch AI-first product ideas
• Work directly with client teams to deploy systems
• Raise engineering bar via reviews and mentoring
• Mode of Work: Remote / Remote with travel / WFO for client-site deployments
