Job summary

ZoomInfo is building an intelligence platform for AI agents and you will help shape the data powering those agents. You’ll own ML problems end to end—from data graph to production surface—across multilingual text, entity resolution, and buying intent.

This is a hands-on role with production Python, SQL, and evolving AI tooling. You will design, evaluate, and deploy scalable solutions, ensuring traceability and cost control while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact

Qualifications

• You have taken ML systems to production and owned them post-launch.
• You bring classical ML and feature engineering on large tabular data with statistics.
• You deployed language processing at scale and built end‑to‑end NLP pipelines.
• You built or evaluated LLM agents with validation against human labels.
• You are proficient in Python and SQL, with distributed data processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Extract leadership, locations, and products from company websites and detect stale records.
• Estimate headcount and revenue for companies with sparse public information using ML models.
• Determine if two records describe the same company or person.
• Infer buying intent from multilingual, noisy text to feed scoring and recommendations.
• Build research agents that cite sources and track evaluation data.
• Train small models and manage quantization and serving.
• Take a problem from design to production and own it after launch.
