Job summary

Innovaccer seeks a Senior AI Engineer to join our AI team and build production-grade AI systems that solve complex problems at scale.

You will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, including LLM-based solutions, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and intelligent automation workflows, collaborating with product, engineering, and data teams from prototype to production.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related quantitative field; exceptional BS candidates considered.

Responsibilities

• Take ideas from paper to prototype to production.
• Build the model layer of real products, selecting model sizes and composing models into a working system.
• Write real code in Python and PyTorch; optimize training runs.
