Job summary

ZoomInfo is hiring a Senior Applied AI Engineer to build and own the machinery for AI-native data management. You will complete the entity-agent pipeline, build evidence adapters, and deploy onto ZoomInfo's Agentic Platform, working with product managers and data teams on large-scale data processing.

You should have shipped LLM systems to production, built adapters and runners, and be comfortable with end-to-end data pipelines, observability, and cost-aware engineering in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years shipping LLM-based systems to production.
• Strong Python and TypeScript skills across API layers, batch runner and small web UI.
• Experience building platforms with adapters, runners, queues, and observability.
• Knowledge of data pipelines and entity resolution; file costs vs misses.
• Prototype-to-production track record with test sets and benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Run the benchmark and golden-gate system with automated gating and metrics.
• Complete the entity-agent pipeline and migrate classifiers to production scale.
• Build evidence adapters with a replayable vendor store and kill switches.
• Deploy agents onto ZI's Agentic Platform with ingest adapters and rollback paths.
• Create self-service tools for review, tagging, batch runs, and governance.
• Maintain health and deployment of classifiers, agents hub, and judge platform.
• Instrument cost, quality, and latency per version and per stage.
