Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a senior individual contributor to set the technical direction for the data graph, entity resolution, and buying intent across ZoomInfo AI agents. You will stay hands-on in the hardest problems, decide when ML or LLMs apply, and shape standards adopted by other teams.

You will lead design reviews, mentor engineers, influence hiring, and ensure cost-effective data solutions across the platform with production Python, SQL, and AI tooling at scale.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production Python and SQL with distributed data processing.
• Experience with language models, LLM agents, and ML systems in production.
• Defined evaluation standards and cost/scale considerations.

Responsibilities

• Set technical strategy for the data graph, entity resolution, buying intent, and agent context across multiple teams.
• Frame and ship problems, including extraction for cases with no public footprint at web scale.
• Define evaluation standards, sampling methodology, human labels, validated LLM judges, and release gates.
• Define data contracts between the data graph, intent signals, and the agents that consume them.
• Turn good choices into defaults and establish metrics and cost considerations.
• Lead design reviews, mentor senior engineers, shape hiring, and represent technical judgment.
