Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking an Applied AI Customer Engineer in Mountain View, CA, to accelerate success by delivering technical expertise in Conversational AI and customer experience. You will bridge business issues and Generative AI solutions, partnering with Sales on high-stakes engagements as a subject matter expert, and lead architecture design for resilient AI systems.

You will help customers design architectures, solve experience issues with first-party AI, and collaborate with product teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with designing cloud-native enterprise-grade technical architecture in customer-facing or support roles.
1 year of experience with Conversational AI technologies, including designing conversational flows/agents and operating Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing customers, explaining technical features and designing cloud-based architectures.
Provide technical guidance on integrating AI solutions with existing enterprise data stacks and third-party stacks such as CRM.
Lead the rapid development of PoCs and MVPs, demonstrating practical applications and troubleshooting roadblocks.
