Google Cloud is seeking a Practice Customer Engineer for Applied AI to accelerate customer success. You will act as a technical lead for Conversational AI frameworks, bridging business needs and generative AI solutions while partnering with Sales to differentiate Google Cloud.

You will design architectures, engage with executives, and help customers move from proof-of-concept to production, ensuring scalable and resilient deployments across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience designing cloud-native enterprise-grade architectures in customer-facing or support roles.
• Experience with Conversational AI, including designing conversational flows/agents and STT/TTS.

Responsibilities

• Build partner-specific, go-to-market solutions to reduce cycles and drive growth.
• Own the technical relationship with partners and guide pilots/POCs to adoption and deployment.
• Provide architectural guidance on integration strategies and enterprise platforms for Google Cloud solutions.
