Job summary

Integral Federal is seeking an Applications Team Lead to oversee multiple Army PL ALTESS application modernization projects. You will manage requirements, LOE estimates, stories, backlog reviews, sprint planning, resource coordination, QA results, and final reviews.

The role requires three+ years in Agile, QA testing, and budget/resource management, with strong written and verbal communication. DoD STIGs/IAVM knowledge is preferred, and a technical/business bachelor’s degree is desirable.

Qualifications

• Senior Application Project management experience utilizing agile development best practices.
• Three or more years’ experience with Agile development processes and tools.
• Three or more years’ experience with Quality Assurance (AQ) application testing.
• Three or more years’ experience managing budgets and resources across multiple application projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, LOE estimation, development story drafting, backlog reviews, and sprint planning.
• Coordinate resources and monitor QA results; perform final project review.
• Provide staffing recommendations and manage budgets across multiple projects.
• Manage master project schedule and reprioritize efforts to avoid conflicts.
• Communicate project status directly with customers.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive efficiencies with development teams.
