Job summary

Integral helps federal defense, intelligence, and civilian clients modernize their applications. The Applications Team Lead oversees multiple modernization projects for PL ALTESS, guiding backlog, sprint planning, and staffing to keep initiatives on track while ensuring quality and on-budget delivery.

We seek a senior PM with extensive Agile experience, strong communication skills, and a proven record of managing budgets and resources across large projects.

Qualifications

• Senior application project management experience with Agile
• 3+ years’ experience with Agile development processes and tools
• 3+ years’ experience with Quality Assurance (AQ) testing
• 3+ years’ experience managing budgets and resources across multiple project efforts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, estimate LOE, draft development stories
• Facilitate backlog reviews and sprint planning meetings
• Coordinate resources and review QA results
• Manage master project schedule and reprioritize efforts as needed
• Communicate project status to customers and stakeholders
• Identify improvements and drive efficiencies across teams
