Job summary

Integral Consulting Services seeks an Applications Team Lead in Radford, VA to oversee multiple Army modernization projects under PL ALTESS. You will guide requirements gathering, LOE estimation, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-team coordination to deliver on-time solutions.

You will manage resources and budgets across projects, report progress to stakeholders, and work directly with customers to communicate status and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Senior Application Project management experience utilizing agile development best practices.
• Three or more years’ experience with Agile development processes and tools.
• Three or more years’ experience with Quality Assurance (AQ) application testing.
• Three or more years’ experience managing budgets and resources across multiple application projects.

Overview

The Applications Team Lead, under indirect supervision, oversees the management of multiple application modernization projects for the U.S. Army Product Lead Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (PL ALTESS).
