Job summary

Integral Federal is seeking a Program Manager to lead ITSS efforts for the U.S. Army PL ALTESS. You will oversee program execution, mentor subcontractors, and coordinate with CO, COR, and Government PM to ensure successful contract performance.

The role requires PMP or DAWIA Level III with 5+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and active DoD Secret clearance. Travel may be needed and leadership of distributed teams is expected.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification or DAWIA Level III with minimum 5 years' experience.
• Experience managing large-scale IT contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program execution and team mentorship across subcontractors and leads.
• Serve as primary contact for CO, COR, Government PM, and contractor leadership.
• Oversee cost management, scheduling, risk, and quality assurance activities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to program managers for cross-team continuity.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; manage performance; mitigate risks.
• Proactively communicate potential issues to the Government and ensure timely staffing.
• Recruit and train program staff.
