Integral Federal seeks a Program Manager to oversee IT Services and Support (ITSS) requirements for the U.S. Army PL ALTESS program, providing leadership, mentorship, and cross-team coordination.

You will act as the main liaison among CO, COR, Government PM, and contractor management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, PMP/DAWIA III, and DoD clearance, with a preference for an advanced degree.

Formación

• PMP or DAWIA III with at least 5 years of PM experience.
• Experience managing large IT contracts of similar size/scope.
• Strong written and oral communication for senior government briefs.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee program execution and mentor subcontractors and leads.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for CO, COR, PM, and contractor management.
• Oversee cost, schedule, performance, risk, requirements analysis, and QA activities.
• Provide leadership to ensure cross-team continuity and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets; manage contract performance; risk mitigation; stakeholder engagement.
• Recruit and train program staff.
