Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies unit is seeking a technically skilled professional to lead market initiatives, direct cross-functional teams, and manage product development programs in North America.

The role emphasizes lab leadership, equipment upkeep, safety, and delivering KPI targets while collaborating with AE, Sales, and Marketing on growth opportunities.Travel up to 50% domestically is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in electrical or electronics engineering is preferred; other tech disciplines with electronics experience are acceptable.
• Up to 50% travel, primarily in US/Canada.
• Strong technical, electronic, mechanical and chemical aptitude; experience with antennas and shielding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute technical strategy at customers, including product launches and complaint management.
• Own North American sourced projects and coordinate with global teams for development and commercialization.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure safety protocols; support AE and KPI targets.
• Provide direct Application Engineering support to drive growth from inquiries and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, and Marketing to meet financial targets.
