Qualifications

Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred.
Up to 50% travel, primarily domestically (US & Canada).
High technical, electronic, mechanical and chemical aptitude.
Experience with adhesives, functional inks, and functional coatings preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to execute technical strategy at customer.
Direct and deploy cross functional team to execute technical strategy including product launches and complaint management.
Lead technically driven PD and innovation projects for key portfolio gaps.
Develop technical capability standards for markets and applications new to Henkel.
Own North American sourced projects and coordinate global teams for cross-regional development.
Maintain laboratory equipment and enforce onsite safety protocols and procedures.
Provide direct Application Engineering support to drive growth.
Support reviews of new development projects to ensure timely AE workstreams.
