Qualifications

• Three years of information technology experience in applications development or maintenance.
• An associate’s degree in any information technology field or a bachelor’s degree in any information technology field.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical work, guide project activities, and mentor staff on advanced methods.
• Review existing automated and manual systems to determine effective improvements or conversions.
• Meet with business partners to identify requirements, resolve issues, and design solutions that meet program needs.
• Develop, test, and maintain complex applications following project documentation and quality procedures.
• Explain complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor vendor work, assist with implementation efforts, and troubleshoot system issues with partners.
