Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 years of Business Analyst experience, including at least 3 years in a Senior Analyst role.
• Experience analyzing legacy applications or leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience gathering requirements and translating them into clearly understood user stories.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Experience testing large-scale projects.
• Experience leading and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and impediments, and communicate recommendations to address them.
• Provide regular status updates and recommendations to IT leadership and business stakeholders.

• Previous experience working with Commonwealth of Pennsylvania agencies or similar public-sector organizations.
