Qualifications

• One year as an Applications Developer 2 or Computer Programmer 4 (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Five years of information technology experience that includes three years of experience in applications development or applications maintenance; or
• Three years of information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, and an associate’s degree in any information technology field; or
• One year of information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, and a bachelor’s degree in any information technology field; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise developer staff working with middleware and secure file transfer tools
• Manage and improve MOVEit processes that support safe and reliable data exchange across applications
• Work with teams to define requirements and design solutions that connect middleware systems with automated file workflows
• Diagnose and solve problems related to file transfers and system connectivity to maintain continuous operations
• Create scripts and tools that improve workflows, enhance system efficiency, and support enterprise automation efforts
• Provide training and assistance to staff who use secure file transfer tools and related applications
