Responsibilities

• Oversee development, modernization, and maintenance of PUC applications to support business needs
• Write and refine user stories with product owners to ensure clarity and alignment with objectives
• Lead backlog grooming sessions and define scope for upcoming sprints with cross functional teams
• Validate features through testing, identify defects, and guide resolution efforts
• Manage multiple projects by monitoring schedules, budgets, risks, and status updates for leadership
• Coordinate integrations, support DR and COOP testing, and maintain documentation for application operations
