Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Business Analyst 4 or two years as Project Manager 1, or four years leading IT projects with a bachelor’s degree.
• An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes four years of IT project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, modernization, and maintenance of applications to support business needs.
• Write and refine user stories with product owners for clarity and alignment.
• Lead backlog grooming and define scope for upcoming sprints with cross-functional teams.
• Validate features through testing and guide defect resolution.
• Manage multiple projects with schedules, budgets, risks, and status updates for leadership.
• Coordinate integrations, support DR/COOP testing, and maintain operations documentation.
