Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operational analytics and systems development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand short- and long-term requirements, recommend technology solutions, and build strong client relationships.
• Lead and oversee complex projects, including requirements analysis, functional specs, testing, system enhancements, regulatory initiatives, and application releases.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned applications, guiding functionality, testing, risk considerations, and production support.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance and effectiveness by adopting new technologies and processes.
• Mentor and develop team members while collaborating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and professional organizations to deliver solutions.
