What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders to understand short- and long-term requirements, recommend technology solutions, and build strong client relationships.
- Lead and oversee complex projects, including requirements analysis, functional specifications, testing, system enhancements, regulatory initiatives, and application releases.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned applications, providing guidance on functionality, solution design, testing, risk considerations, and production support.
- Identify opportunities to improve application performance and effectiveness by recommending new technologies, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Mentor and develop team members while collaborating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and professional organizations to deliver effective technology solutions.
Job Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operational/business analytics/systems development.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in large system enhancements, conversions and production problem resolution
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Large-scale program delivery
- Minimum 10 years of experience in coordinating upstream/downstream application dependencies
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Risk, issue, dependency, and decision management
