What You'll Do:
  • Lead complex systems analysis, application design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation efforts.
  • Provide technical direction on projects, coordinate development activities, and oversee the work of less experienced engineers.
  • Develop and review technical and functional specifications, test plans, system documentation, and project assessments.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, technology teams, clients, and vendors throughout the software development lifecycle, from technical analysis through user acceptance testing.
  • Evaluate technologies, processes, and vendor solutions while recommending improvements that strengthen application performance, efficiency, and business outcomes.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 years systems analysis/application development experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in coordinating between Applications and business units
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in recommending and implementing system solutions.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with driving project milestones and delivery dates.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in presenting to the target audience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Advanced Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, concurrency, testing, performance tuning, mentoring
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Azure cloud development, integration, security, observability, resiliency, CI/CD, IaC
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Enterprise APIs and SaaS migration: OAuth 2.0, retries, idempotency, validation, reconciliation

  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
  • Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects.
  • Mastered knowledge and focus of the entire system to work on projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU).
