Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a collaborative Functional Lead / Business Systems Analyst to guide moderately complex technology projects from requirements gathering through testing and implementation.

You will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and testing teams to translate business needs into effective application solutions while ensuring quality, compliance, and project goals are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational/business analytics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in database understanding.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Agile/Jira/Confluence.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process analysis and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional activities for assigned applications, including gathering requirements and developing functional specs.
• Coordinate project meetings, provide estimates and timelines, and align solutions with business needs.
• Develop and coordinate test plans, test cases, and scripts; support testing activities.
• Serve as SME on application impacts related to enterprise initiatives and regulatory requirements.
• Support post-implementation activities, stakeholder feedback, and validation of results.
