Job summary

Acro Service Corporation is seeking a hands-on Technical Solutions Analyst to support the development, maintenance, and modernization of business applications and enterprise systems. You will work with business stakeholders and distributed teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and drive enhancements to successful delivery.

The role requires strong hands-on development and SQL skills, with the ability to analyze, debug, and modify existing applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of software development experience.
• Experience troubleshooting, debugging, enhancing, and maintaining existing applications.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Experience coordinating with distributed or offshore development teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support business applications, ERP systems, integrations, and custom software.
• Analyze, debug, and modify application code and database objects to resolve issues.
• Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement resolutions.
• Coordinate day-to-day technical activities between stakeholders and offshore teams.
• Provide technical guidance and review deliverables to drive projects to completion.
• Apply SDLC and Agile practices to ensure release readiness and production support.
