Job summary

Cadence is seeking a senior leader in IC design signoff to shape adoption of its timing signoff portfolio. You will direct technical engagements with customers and partners at the highest levels, ensuring successful implementation of Cadence tools across advanced nodes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IC design implementation and signoff.
• Deep expertise in digital design fundamentals and advanced node STA.
• Proficient in Tcl, Python and Perl scripting for flow customization.
• Experience leading technical teams and executive-level engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements to drive adoption of Cadence signoff portfolio.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Engineering to influence tool enhancements.
• Drive benchmarks, flow optimizations, and power/timing closure methodologies.
• Represent Cadence at industry forums and publish technical papers.
