Genesis PrimeCare HR is seeking an IT Applications Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize EMR and other critical business applications. You will be a primary resource for end users, providing timely assistance, troubleshooting, and training to promote effective system utilization.

You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and admin teams to assess workflows, coordinate software updates, and document solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s Degree required.
• Medical billing experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience working with billing systems, claims processing, & healthcare revenue.

This role serves as a key resource for end users by providing application support, troubleshooting technical issues, delivering training, and promoting effective system utilization across the organization. The IT Applications Analyst collaborates with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to evaluate workflows, implement process improvements, coordinate software updates, and ensure applications effectively support organizational goals. This position also partners with software vendors to resolve system issues, supports the implementation of new functionality, and develops reports and documentation that enhance operational efficiency and improve the user experience.
