Responsibilities

Provide specialized technical support for Retail, Lending, Enterprise and Deposit Operations applications.
Monitor applications and advise on solutions to minimize impact.
Administer the security model based on user function.
Collaborate with Information Security to maintain standard security groups.
Provide production support including workflow management and issue resolution.
Build and maintain relationships with vendor support teams and other institutions.
Attend vendor user conferences and participate in user groups.
Complete vendor-provided training and stay updated on upgrades.
Collaborate with departments to ensure system usage meets business needs.
Document and maintain all processes for assigned applications.
Identify and implement changes to simplify and improve requirements.
