Job summary

First Western Trust seeks an Application Administrator to manage core banking (FIS IBS) and mobile banking (NCR Voyix) platforms. You’ll ensure system reliability, security, and performance while supporting users, vendors, and internal teams.

You’ll optimize integrations, automate workflows, and train users. Candidates should have 3–5 years of enterprise app experience, strong analytical skills, and clear communication abilities in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field preferred.
3–5 years administering enterprise apps, with core banking exposure.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent communication to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented, process-driven, with ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of core banking and mobile platforms for stability and security.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
Lead integrations with third-party systems and identify automation opportunities.
Monitor vendor updates, provide training, and maintain documentation.
Maintain access controls, configurations, and vendor SLAs.
