Job summary

OneAZ Credit Union is seeking an Application Administrator II at our Corporate Office in Phoenix, AZ. You will analyze, configure, implement, maintain, and upgrade our enterprise, lending, and core financial applications to ensure optimal performance.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will provide product/technical support, test integrations, and serve as an escalation point for the Service Desk. The role requires a BS in IT/CS and 8–10 years of related experience with relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of related experience in IT, information systems or financial institutions.
• Strong analytical, adaptability, problem-solving and innovation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Fiserv/FIS CORE products and related tools.
• Minimum of two computer industry certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Performs configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades for Credit Union applications.
• Maintains and upgrades CORE systems and third-party applications.
• Monitors system activity and assists with disaster recovery testing.
• Provides on-site/remote support and escalation for the Service Desk.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades.
• Ensures security and compliance of member data and systems.
