First Western Trust is seeking an Application Administrator for its core banking and mobile platforms. You will ensure reliability, security, and performance, handling daily operations and collaborating with vendors to optimize the enterprise system landscape.

The role emphasizes balancing system stability with continuous improvement, training users, and documenting best practices to support associates and clients across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience administering enterprise applications.
• Direct exposure to core banking (FIS IBS) and digital platforms (NCR Voyix).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with independent project management.
• Excellent communication to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven mindset with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of core banking (FIS IBS) and mobile (NCR Voyix) apps for stability, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Lead integrations with third-party systems and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.
• Monitor vendor updates, implement changes, and provide training and documentation for seamless adoption.
• Maintain and optimize user access controls, security permissions, and app configurations.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, including SLAs, renewals, and escalation resolution.
