Job summary

Happy State Bank in Conway, AR seeks an Applications Administrator Level II to manage bank software applications across multiple lines of business. You will customize requests, manage security groups, optimize applications, and collaborate with IT for upgrades while mentoring junior staff.

You will interact with Retail, Lending, Deposits, and other departments to ensure reliable, secure application environments and timely support.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 3 years related experience and/or training.
• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Technology, or related field.
• Knowledge of the Windows operating environments and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• ServiceNow, Encompass, ITIL certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical expertise and user support for banking applications.
• Coordinate with Information Security to maintain standard security groups.
• Monitor applications and advise on solutions to minimize impact.
• Work with vendors and other institutions using the same applications.
• Develop test scripts for major changes and releases.

Education

Bachelor's degree in MIS / Computer Technology / related field

3 years related experience

Knowledge of Windows & Microsoft Office

Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
