Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with application support and issue triage.
- Knowledge of payment systems, transaction processing, and operational workflows.
- Experience supporting system issues and escalated technical issues.
- Professional demeanor with external customers, vendors, staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
- Technical skills include Wintel/Linux, Network, MQ, Connect Direct, and SFTP.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the EPN/SVPCO Application Support Team.
- Oversee daily technical support, tasks, changes for TCH projects.
- Ensure monitoring, triage, logging, analysis, and resolution of issues.
- Coordinate escalations to third-level support groups.
- Ensure 24x7x365 availability for alerts and escalations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for stability improvements.
