• Technical skills: Wintel/Linux, Network, and enterprise integration tools (MQ, Connect Direct, SFTP)

Responsibilities

• Lead the EPN/SVPCO Application Support Team and oversee daily technical support activities
• Triage, log, analyze, and resolve issues; coordinate with third-level support as needed
• Ensure 24x7x365 monitoring, alerts, and incident response for platform stability
• Oversee changes and releases, including weekend maintenance windows
• Support cross-functional project activities related to Payment processing and technology deployments
• Coordinate disaster recovery exercises and drive continuous improvement initiatives
