Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead the EPN/SVPCO Application Support Team and oversee daily technical support activities.
Triage, log, analyze, and resolve incidents; coordinate with cross-functional groups.
Support changes and releases for TCH projects and participate in disaster recovery exercises.
