The Clearing House Payments Company L.L.C. seeks a Senior Application Support to ensure payment systems and applications run reliably. You will monitor platforms, triage incidents, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolutions.

Responsibilities include supporting weekend maintenance, disaster recovery exercises, and ongoing process improvements to enhance platform stability and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-availability production environments.
• Experience with payment systems, transaction processing, and workflows.
• Experience handling incidents and escalations.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily operational and application support for payments platforms.
• Oversee incident triage and timely escalation/resolution.
• Assist in weekend maintenance and changes/releases.
• Coordinate disaster recovery exercises and improvements.
• Participate in project activities related to VHIPS and operations.
