Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in business analysis or technology advisory.
• Proficient data analysis using Microsoft Office to derive evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Builds and sustains relationships across business and technology functions.
• Demonstrates initiative and independent prioritization with minimal oversight.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
