You will manage incidents, problems, and changes, monitor health and performance, and coordinate deployments with development and cloud engineering teams.

Qualifications include US Citizenship, the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal/Public Trust, a Bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of overall work experience.
• Experience with application support or production operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for mission-critical applications.
• Support incident management, problem management, and change implementation activities.
• Monitor application health, availability, and performance.
