Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced IT professional to provide Tier 2 and 3 application support for mission-critical systems in a cloud-enabled environment. The role includes incident management, problem resolution, and coordinating deployment support with development and cloud engineering teams.

The candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of five (5)+ years of overall work experience.
• Experience with application support or production operations.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience with monitoring and ticket management systems.

What You Will Do

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for mission-critical applications.


• Support incident management, problem management, and change implementation activities.

• Document root causes, operational procedures, and support processes.

What You Will Need

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.


• Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university.


• US Citizenship is contractually required.


• Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of overall work experience.


• Experience with application support or production operations experience.


• Experience supporting enterprise applications in cloud environments.


• Knowledge of incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.


• Experience with monitoring and ticket management systems.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• ITIL Foundation Certification.


• Experience supporting AWS-hosted applications.


• Experience with ServiceNow.


• Basic scripting and automation experience.


• Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$116,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
