Guidehouse in Washington, DC is seeking a seasoned IT professional to provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for mission-critical apps in cloud environments. You will manage incidents, problems, and changes, monitor health and performance, and coordinate deployments with development and cloud engineering teams.

Qualifications include US Citizenship, the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal/Public Trust, a Bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.US Citizenship is contractually required.Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of overall work experience.Experience with application support or production operations experience.Experience supporting enterprise applications in cloud environments.Knowledge of incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.Experience with monitoring and ticket management systems.What Would Be Nice To Have:ITIL Foundation Certification.Experience supporting AWS-hosted applications.Experience with ServiceNow.Basic scripting and automation experience.Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$116,000.00.
