Job summary

HCSC Group is seeking a Senior Reliability Analyst to analyze reliability and uptime data for the ARES team, collaborating with management and technical staff to implement improvements. This remote role supports production applications for members and stakeholders.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience, strong data analysis, and knowledge of cloud and application operations. Sponsorship is not available for OPT or related programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years Information Technology experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS, Mobile and web technologies, Data center platforms (servers, storage)
• Experience in Application and server operations and application configuration, Iterative / agile / scrum development tools, and System architectures and application portfolio
• Detail-oriented
• Data analysis
• Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts / processes

Responsibilities

• Analyze reliability and uptime data to drive improvements for the ARES team
• Collaborate with management and technical staff to understand business needs and develop cost effective resolutions
• Represent the ARES team in meetings with management and other business units
