Job summary

Nuveen, a subsidiary of TIAA, seeks a Senior Lead Application Developer to own US-based technical support for the Credit Analytics Performance team. You will provide L2 support for high-volume intraday operations and escalate to L3 as needed, collaborating with Operations, Infrastructure and Alt Credit technology teams to migrate apps to the cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in application support.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services).
• Must have experience working within a trading environment.
• Experience with platforms: WSO Web, FactSet, Bloomberg PORT, CRD.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary US contact for managing application support for the Credit Analytics Performance team.
• Provide L2 application support for high-volume intraday operations, escalating to L3 as required.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end data flow to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Operations and Infrastructure to support performance and stability.
• Liaise with Alternate Credit stakeholders and Engineering teams to develop Technical Design documents.
• Support migration of applications from on-premises to cloud environments.
• Maintain day-to-day operations of Portal Applications with business and operations teams.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs; develop code for enhancements.
• Document current-state workflows and design end-to-end strategic workflows.
• Lead integration testing, UAT, and Build/Deploy across multiple applications.
• Provide accurate technical estimation details to Project Managers and Cloud Development Managers.
