Job summary

Nuveen seeks an Engineering & Delivery Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for the investment data platform spanning IBOR/ABOR, performance and attribution, and the transformation layer that publishes data to the enterprise data lakehouse.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone with deep investment-data knowledge who can own end-to-end flows and set engineering direction across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with modern data platforms or data domains.
• 5+ years in asset management or financial services.
• Experience in an engineering management role and platform modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering for IBOR/ABOR, performance and attribution, and data lakehouse publication.
• Ensure end-to-end data flow with clear ownership and real-time integration.
• Drive data quality, governance, observability and security standards.
